Privacy Policy

Information this site collects

We collect information you choose to submit through the contact form, client intake, Coaching Fit Check report request, or scheduling links. This can include contact details, coaching goals, free-text responses, assessment answers, and consent choices. Server security logs may record IP address, browser details, requested pages, and timestamps.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to inquiries, prepare for coaching conversations, deliver requested reports, operate and secure the website, prevent spam and abuse, and meet applicable legal or safety obligations.

Intake and form security

Custom form submissions are validated server-side and protected with anti-spam and rate-limiting controls. Form payloads retained after a failed delivery are encrypted at rest with a key stored outside the WordPress database. Successfully delivered payloads are removed from site storage promptly; failed encrypted payloads are retained for up to seven days, while limited delivery metadata may remain for up to 30 days. Do not submit medical records, diagnoses, detailed trauma histories, passwords, Social Security numbers, payment card data, or other highly sensitive information.

Email and SMTP

Submitted information and requested reports may be delivered through an email service using TLS when configured. Email has inherent privacy limitations. Delivery status is logged without intentionally logging confidential form contents.

Calendly

The booking page uses Calendly, which may collect scheduling information and set cookies when its booking experience loads. Calendly’s own privacy policy governs its processing.

Coaching Fit Check

The Fit Check is a non-diagnostic reflection. Answers are processed to calculate deterministic readiness and scope results. When you request an emailed report, your first name, email, and result are used to generate and send the PDF; temporary report files are deleted after the send attempt.

Analytics and advertising

No advertising trackers or analytics are enabled by default. If privacy-conscious analytics are added later, this policy will be updated to describe them.

Sharing and retention

Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate communications, hosting, security, or scheduling, or when required by law or a legitimate safety obligation. We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes.

Your choices

You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information, subject to applicable obligations, by emailing nate@lifecoachnate.com. You can book through a direct Calendly link rather than the embedded calendar.

Children and emergencies

Coaching intake is intended for adults age 18 or older. This site is not an emergency service. In the United States, call 911 for immediate danger or call/text 988 for crisis support.

Changes

This policy may be updated as the website, providers, or practices change. The revision date appears above.
